Industry 4.0 is changing the corporate working worlds due to the new digitization push. All functional areas will have to reorganize along the value chain. Purchasing is required to make a contribution to the digital transformation of the company.
It is hardly possible to cope with the rapidly increasing cost, innovation and time pressure with the previous processes, competencies, technologies and structures. Companies are required to implement sustainable value creation systems with digital technologies. In this transformation, the role of purchasing has to be redefined, especially in the design and implementation of new business models.
Training objective
The six-day course provides hands-on knowledge and skills for a professional analysis and (further) development of the shopping direction 4.0. The participants develop concrete, practical, company-specific solutions (use cases) with which they can prepare and implement the future of purchasing.
