Ambition
Develop and implement a global procurement and supply chain strategy — supported by the right organization, capabilities and supplier management approach.
The objective was to create greater transparency, stronger cross-functional collaboration and a more strategic management of categories, suppliers, cost, quality and supply risks across the international organization.
