From sustainability awareness to practical capability, application and local multiplication

Companies outside the European Union face increasing expectations from European customers and value chains regarding sustainability, transparency, decarbonization, responsible sourcing and supply chain risk management. The ambition was to build local capabilities that translate these external requirements into concrete procurement and supply chain practices - and to create a multiplier effect beyond a one-time training intervention.

Impact & Results

The program created an integrated learning-and-transfer model that connected knowledge building with practical application, implementation logic and local multiplication. It helped move sustainability from an external requirement toward a concrete business capability for procurement and supply chain teams.
